How to debug fire emergency lighting fixtures

After the fire emergency lighting is installed, it must be debugged and judged before it can be officially put into use. The manufacturer of emergency light will introduce the debugging method.

1. Use visual inspection method to check whether the installation position of the fire emergency sign lamp and the direction indicated by the arrow on the sign information are consistent with the actual evacuation direction.

2. In dark conditions, turn the lighting equipment into emergency state, and measure the low illumination on the ground with an illuminometer. The illumination value shall meet the design requirements.

3. Operate the test button or other test equipment to switch the fire emergency light to the emergency working state.

4. Disconnect the power supply of the fire emergency light that has been continuously charged for 24 hours, make the fire emergency light enter the emergency working state, and start timing with a stopwatch at the same time; The main power indicator of the fire emergency light shall be off, and the emergency working time shall not be less than its nominal emergency working time.

5. Turn the flashing signal lights in turn to form a guide light, so that it can enter the emergency working state. Visually check that the light flow direction is consistent with the designed evacuation direction.

6. Turn the signal light with audible indication to the emergency working state, and its sound shall meet the design requirements.

7. Cut off the emergency lighting distribution box or emergency lighting centralized power supply and distribution device in each area one by one. The distribution box or fire emergency lamp powered by the power distribution device shall be switched to the emergency working state within 5s.

8. The fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system controlled by the automatic fire alarm system shall input linkage control signals. The fire emergency light in the system shall be switched to the working state corresponding to the linkage control signal within 5s, and the linkage feedback signal shall be sent.

9. For the system with manual control function, the manual control mechanism shall be operated to make the system enter the emergency working state, and the corresponding fire emergency light shall be switched to the emergency working state within 5s.
