Dual-Line Centralized Power Emergency Lighting Fire-Rated Forced-Start Switching Module

Dengfeng DF1000W Dual-Line Centralized Power Emergency Lighting Fire-Rated Forced-Start Switching Module

Working Principle

Centralized Power Supply: The module employs centralized power supply to convert and distribute mains power or other power sources, providing stable electrical support to multiple emergency lighting fixtures. Under normal conditions, the module remains in standby mode, continuously monitoring mains power supply status.

Dual-Line Switching: Upon mains power failure or malfunction, the module instantly switches the power supply line from mains to a backup battery bank or other emergency power source via its built-in switching device. It then delivers power to emergency lighting fixtures through dual lines, ensuring uninterrupted lighting supply.

Fire Control Forced Activation: Upon receiving a forced activation signal from the fire control center, the module compels the emergency lighting fixtures to activate immediately, regardless of their current state, to meet fire emergency lighting requirements. This forced activation ensures the fixtures function during critical moments, even if they are malfunctioning or have been manually switched off.

Product Features

High Reliability: Utilizes premium electronic components and advanced circuit design to ensure stable operation in harsh environments and during prolonged use. Features overload, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection to enhance module reliability and lifespan.

Rapid Switchover: During mains power failure or disruption, it swiftly switches between dual power lines with minimal transition time. This ensures emergency lighting is restored within seconds, buying critical time for evacuation and fire rescue operations.

Intelligent Control: Equipped with a comprehensive smart control system, it monitors power status and fault information in real time. It communicates and integrates with fire control systems for centralized monitoring and management, simplifying maintenance and oversight.

High Adaptability: Compatible with diverse emergency lighting fixtures, it meets emergency illumination requirements across various locations and scenarios. This includes high-occupancy areas like shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, schools, factories, and office buildings, as well as transportation hubs such as subway stations, train stations, and airports.
