Product Description

Keep your lighting working when the power doesn't. The DF168-30D-200 LED Emergency Kit is designed to be paired with LED fixtures that use an external driver. When mains power fails, it switches to battery power automatically and keeps the LED load lit for at least 90 minutes, which makes it a practical choice for offices, warehouses, schools, hospitals, corridors, stairwells and other commercial spaces.

How It Works

Normal operation: When AC power is normal, your LED driver powers the fixture and the emergency kit stays in charging mode with no output. The green LED shows that mains power is on, and the red LED shows that the battery is charging.

Emergency operation: When AC power is interrupted, the kit switches to emergency mode automatically. The indicator lights turn off, and the battery powers the LED load.

Wiring

Input side: Red is charging live, black is charging neutral, and yellow-green is ground.

Output side: Black connects to LED+, white to LED-, brown to driver+, and blue to driver-.

It also supports wall switch or sensor switch wiring. The charging live wire must stay in the same phase as the switched live wire.

Installation Tips

Installation must be done by a qualified electrician with the power off.

Connect the fixture and charge the unit for at least 24 hours before first use.

Test at intervals of more than one minute, and avoid pressing the test button repeatedly.

If the unit is stored for a long time, charge the battery every three months.
